Makes about 20 Canapés
Ingredients:
• 12 teaspoons of caviar
• 3 tablespoons of rich, thick cream, like crème fraîche or heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives
• 2 tablespoons of minced shallots
• 1/2 teaspoon of fresh dill
• 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 12 small round slices of toasted bread
Instructions:
1. Start by mixing the thick cream in a bowl with the chopped chives, minced shallots, dill, and a touch of fresh lemon juice to create a flavorful base.
